Q. Does the Jewelsun Online Store ship to countries outside Australia?

A. Jewelsun's Online Store ships all our products, with the exception of our range of spices, globally. 

Q. Why are customers located outside Australia advised to an International Shipping Fee to their shopping cart?

Postage fees within Australia are calculated on a flat fee rate automatically when items are added to the shopping basket. To ship stock to destinations outside Australia, the International Shipping Fee plus the regular postage fee will  cover costs to overseas destinations. 

Although there are five International Shipping Fee options provided, only ONE needs to be selected according to the complete contents of your shopping basket.

No international shipping fee is required if the complete shopping basket contains only items for the Spiritual Counselling & Life Coaching section.

 Q. What sort of payments do you accept.?

 A. The Jewelsun Online Store accepts major credit cards and bank deposits through the secure payment gateway of Paypal.  Should you wish to pay using money order, Western Union, cheque or Direct Bank Deposit, simply use our ORDER FORM (not the shopping basket) to order items.  On receipt of your order, you will be sent a confirmation email verifying the amount and payment method.

Q. If I order items from different sections from the Jewelsun Online Store, will all items go into the same shopping basket?

A. Yes. You may order items from a variety of sections in the Jewelsun Online Store, and all products will go into the same shopping basket for an easy, secure shopping experience.
