Q. Do you ship to countries outside Australia?

A. Jewelsun's Online Store ships all our products, with the exception of our range of spices,  to anywhere in the world.

Q. Why are customers located outside Australia advised to add an INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING FEE  to their shopping cart?

A. Postage fees within Australia are calculated on a flat fee rate. To ship stock to destinations outside Australia, the International Shipping Fee plus the regular flat fee will  cover costs to overseas destinations. There are five International Shipping Fee options provided, however only one  needs to be selected  per total checkout - based on the weight , size and content of the complete shipment . For further queries regarding shipment costs to countries outside Australia, please contact us using our CONTACT FORM

Q. What sort of payments do you accept.?

A. We accept major credit cards and bank deposits through the secure payment gateway of Paypal. If you wish to pay using a money order, Western Union, cheque or Direct Bank Deposit, do not add items to the shopping basket, instead use our ORDER FORM. When your Order Form is received, you will be sent a confirmation email verifying the amount and payment method.

A. Jewelsun Exclusive Designs Online Store stocks not only our own handcrafted range but also sells quality products by other Australian artisans and businesses. Our aim is to encourage and provide a suitable, ethical selling point for other Australian artisans and businesses.

Q. I make premium quality handcrafted items. Would you consider selling my products in your store, and does it costs anything to be a store participant?

A. If you are an Australian artisan or small business creating fine quality, handcrafted products or produce unique giftware, books, photographs, artworks, or homeware, you are welcome to contact us and we will endeavour to organise a suitable area in our online store for your wares.
