SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We ship all products, except our range of spices, to overseas destinations. To maintain freshness of our premium spice products, these items are only shipped within Australia. Orders are shipped within two to five working days.
PACKAGING & GIFT WRAPPING
All our gift boxes, and materials are new and premium quality, but whereever possible, we use recycled or reused postage packaging for shipping purposes to reduce our store's environmental impact,
For shipping to countries outside Australia, international customers need add one quantity OS Shipping Fee to their checkout to help cover overseas postage costs. All products displayed on Jewelsun, except our spices, can be shipped world-wide. For further queries regarding international shipping please contact us using our CONTACT FORM.
SHOPPING BASKET & PAYMENT
When purchasing products from more than one store contributor using our shopping cart, all items selected simply go into the one shopping basket for easy payment and checkout service
PAYMENT METHODS
Major credit/debit cards and bank account payments through the secure payment gateway of PAYPAL.
Money order payments, Western Union, or Direct Deposit (d.d. for Aust. customers only). For these types of payments, please use our Order Form and not our shopping basket to order items. On receipt of your Order Form we will send a confirmation email for verification of amount and payment method.
If you prefer, you may order via the ORDER FORM rather than the shopping cart, and still pay using PAYPAL after the receipt of your confirmation email.
