A. Yes. We ship all our products, with the exception of our range of spices, world-wide.Q. Why does shipping to countries outside Australia incur an International Shipping Fee?
A. Our store checkout calculates postage based on shipping items within Australia. In order to cover costs of shipping to overseas destinations the International Shipping Fee needs to be added to the shopping cart to ensure correct postage to locations overseas. Five International Shipping Fee options are provided, but you only need to select ONE, once you have added all the items you wish to purchase to your shopping basket. If your shopping basket only contains items for the Spiritual Counselling & Life Coaching section, no International Shipping Fee is necessary.For further queries regarding shipment costs to countries outside Australia, please contact us using our Contact Form.
Q. What sort of payments do you accept?
A. We accept major credit/debit cards, Paypal Accounts and Bank Accounts, all through the secure payment gateway of Paypal - no Paypal Account or signup is necessary.
We also accept payments through Direct Deposit (Australian Customers only), money orders, international money orders, Western Union, or check/chequet. To pay using these options, use our Contact Form/Order Form to make your order, instead of the shopping cart. Once we have received your order, you will be sent a confirmation email verifying the amount and payment details.
